All competitors will receive a “Nyemchek’s Junior All-Star DanceSport Championships Participation Award” . Competition sessions will begin promptly at the times indicated. Consult final program for actual order of heats and approximate times. Please be in the ballroom at least 30 minutes before your event. No responsibility for the loss or theft of articles left in the changing rooms or ballroom can be accepted by Nyemchek’s Junior All-Star DanceSport Championships, Nyemchek’s Competitions, Inc., the Organizers (Spencer and Elena Nyemchek) or by The Three Saints Cultural Center. Neither can they be held liable for injury sustained by persons attending such event, everyone does so at his or her own risk. In the event that television, video or other pictures are taken, it should be understood that anyone in the ballroom may be photographed, and this photography shown elsewhere. The Organizers will have no control over such photographs or photographers. Therefore, each person in the ballroom, by their presence, agrees to be photographed, waives any and all claims related to the use of the photography and the rights, if any, of copyright, privacy and publicity, and consents to the use of the photography. Videotaping Videotaping will be allowed. Please feel free to tape your child. DRESS CODE NO RESTRICTIONS - YOU CAN WEAR WHATEVER YOU LIKE...RHINESTONES, BEADING, FEATHERS, ETC. Category Merging/Cancellation The organizers have the right to cancel or merge categories with less than three (3) entries. Picture Wall of Juniors Stars We'd love to have you on our picture wall of Junior Stars! Send us an 8x10 (or smaller)(color or black & white) of a dancing shot or posed shot and we'll put you up on our wall of Junior Stars. Mail us your pictures or include them with your entry forms. All pictures will be returned after the competition.
