West on Route 46 for about 2½ miles. After passing Teterboro Airport, get off at “Outwater Lane” Exit. After the exit, at the top of the hill, make a left. Continue straight and the Cultural Center is about 4 blocks on the left-hand side.

Go East on Route 46. Cross over Passaic River Bridge into Elmwood Park. Continue on Route 46 East to the second traffic light (Fifth Street). Make a right turn at the light. Proceed to “Outwater Lane”, make a right, the Cultural Center is on the left-hand side.

North or South to Exit 159 (Saddle Brook/Garfield). At the light, make a right at Midland Avenue. Go straight under the bridge for 2 miles, you will pass railroad tracks, stay to your right. Go straight to “Outwater Lane”. Turn left and the Cultural Center is about four blocks down on the right-hand side.

East to Exit 61. Make a left turn and go to the first traffic light (Outwater Lane). At Dunkin’ Donuts, make a left and continue about 1½ miles. The Cultural Center is on the right-hand side.

Coming South (Ridgewood-Paramus area), exit at Essex Street, Rochelle Park. Go to the second traffic light, make a left turn. Proceed to next traffic light, “Outwater Lane”, make a right turn. Proceed on this road, cross over Route 46 Bridge, Cultural Center is on the left.

Coming West from the Lincoln Tunnel, continue on Route 3 to Garden State Parkway North. Take the Parkway North to Exit 157. Turn off to Route 46 East. Proceed to second traffic light, (Fifth Street). Make a right to Outwater Lane and then make a right-hand turn, the Cultural Center is on the left-hand side.
